“Consignment” means the goods, packages, or documents accepted for delivery.
“Delivery Address” means the address specified by the Customer for delivery.
The Company provides courier and transport services for documents, parcels, and freight.
Services are subject to availability, operating hours, and delivery zones.
The Company reserves the right to refuse consignments that are prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or improperly packaged.
Provide accurate sender and receiver details, including full address and contact information.
Ensure goods are securely packaged, labeled, and compliant with shipping regulations.
Declare the correct value of goods where insurance or liability coverage is required.
Delivery times provided are estimates only; the Company does not guarantee specific delivery times unless stated in writing.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, customs clearance, strikes, or other circumstances beyond its control.
All charges must be paid in accordance with the Company’s current rate schedule.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, redelivery, return, or storage of undeliverable consignments.
Payments are due upon booking unless the Customer has an approved credit account.
The Company’s liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the declared value or the standard maximum liability set by the Company, whichever is lower.
The Company will not be liable for:
Consequential or indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, business interruption).
Loss or damage arising from inadequate packaging, incorrect labeling, or misdeclaration.
Insurance coverage is available at the Customer’s request and must be arranged before dispatch.
The Company will not carry:
Hazardous materials, explosives, flammable goods.
Perishable or temperature-sensitive items unless agreed in writing.
Cash, jewelry, precious metals, or high-value goods unless pre-approved.
Any items prohibited by law.
If the recipient is unavailable or refuses delivery, the Company may attempt redelivery, return to sender, or hold the consignment at the Customer’s expense.
Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
Supporting documents (invoice, photos, delivery receipt) must be provided.
